Sebring, FL-- Still trying to find a way to keep up with your 'get fit' new year's resolution? If so, you may want to give Cross Fit a shot this weekend!

CrossFit is defined as that which optimizes fitness (constantly varied functional movements performed at relatively high intensity). CrossFit is also the community that spontaneously arises when people do these workouts together.

Sebring, FL-- The Sebring VA Community Clinic located at 3760 U.S. Highway 27 South in Sebring, Fla. will close on Nov. 16 at 4:30 p.m. and reopen to serve Veterans at a new, larger location on Nov. 19 at 8:00 a.m.

The new clinic building is located approximately two miles south of the current location at 5901 U.S. Highway 27 South in the Beverly Center Plaza.

Central and South Florida-- Winn-Dixie announced an immediate voluntary recall of select cut fruit produced by the Renaissance Food Group Friday. 

The recall, taking place in Central and South Florida Winn Dixie stores only, serves as a precaution because the prodcuts contain a mango ingredient that has the potential of being contaminated with Salmonella braenderup, Winn Dixie representatives said in a release.
