Detectives investigate possible murder suicide | Crime

Sebring, Florida- Highlands County Sheriff's detectives are investigating a possible murder suicide from over the weekend.

On Sunday around 1:30 p.m., dispatchers received a 911 call about a domestic disturbance taking place in the 3500 block of Cemetery Road. Deputies arrived to find two people with serious injuries following an altercation.

Susie Ann Ahmed, 37, was pronounced dead on scene and Berthony Sainjerlus, 27, was transported to the hospital but also later died on her injuries.

The District 0 Medical Examiner is working to determine the cause of death on both individuals. Detectives continue their investigation but do no believe there are any suspects at large and are currently treating the case as a murder suicide.
